RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please remember this, ALWAYS contact our customer service at info@raakkiclothing.com about returns and exchanges immediately you have a situation or issue with our products or services.

Was the item you picked a wrong size and it didn't fit well and you wish to change or return it?

Don't worry, in Finland you have a right for a full 14 day return & exchange possibility from the moment you receive your order due to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. This consists your entire order or part of it.
Returned items must be unused and intact and to be packed to their original packages with their tags still attached so that they can be sold.
When you contact our customer support about returns, please inform us

• Your order number
• The items you wish to return
• Reason for your return or exchange

In case you notice something unusual in your package or parcels, or the products inside of them are broken etc. please contact us immediately by emailing our customer service info@raakkiclothing.com. And if possible, please attach also an image for us in the email.

When returning your order or part of it remember to contact our customer service via email info@raakkiclothing.com to get further instructions to do so.

We wish to remind you that as a customer you are responsible for the returns and exchanges and that they reach us intact and well packed. So to avoid any inconveniences please pack up your returns well and follow the instructions given to you.
We recommend that you store your receipt of return for as long as your return or change has been made.
Please note that in some cases the returns might take a while, but we at RÄÄKKI always promise to work as fast as possible from our side!

Items that are not refundable or are not accepted to be returned:
• Gift Cards
• Used or washed items

DOES IT COST ME TO RETURN ITEMS?
• Since the beginning of 2018 Rääkki Oy has been working together with Matkahuolto to ensure your domestic orders a much better delivery inside of Finland. As a customer you now also have a possibility for a free return & exchange for our orders fully or paritally. More accurate details for such returns or exchanges you may find from the letter of returns & exchanges that has been sent to you along with your order or/and in case of any questions by contacting our customer service at info@raakkiclothing.com.

• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning or exchanging inside of EU.

• Returns and exchanges outside of the EU will not be accepted due to extra customs clearance expenses. In these cases, please always contact our customer service via email at info@raakkiclothing.com.
