Damaged parcels, boxes, shipment or goods - contact us IMMEDIATELY!

In case you shipment has somehow damaged during the shipping or it seems somehow odd to you by outside when you receive it please contact our customer services without any hesitation via email to info@raakkiclothing.com. Please take a small moment when you recieve your package to make sure that it is ok and it does not have anything wrong with it. If there is, please also let the courier/pick up point you used also know about this issue. And if anyway possible please add a good quality picture of your damaged package/goods to the email you send us.

Discounts & Special offers

Please take note when making orders from us that you may only use one active discount code per order and can not combine different campaign codes and/or discount codes together. They are limited to one per order.
